Artisans Journey to Naturally Cralted Aroma
Follow our guided tour and embark on your own exclusive agarwood journey.

Material Selection
We select agarwood raw materials that have grown for a sufficient period of time and have fully formed resin. We carefully examine the texture, oil content, and aroma, and remove inferior parts such as those infested by insects or rotten.>>>

Grinding
Craftsmen use traditional grinding methods or modern precision equipment to grind the raw materials into fine agarwood powder.>>>

Sieving the powder
After grinding, the agarwood powder needs to be sieved through multiple layers of fine sieves to remove coarse particles, impurities, and fibrous residue.>>>

Powder Mixing
Based on the desired aroma of the finished product, artisans will precisely mix the fine agarwood powder, adding small amounts of natural auxiliary materials (such as sandalwood, ambergris, etc.) when necessary to harmonize the fragrance.>>>

Making Agarwood Clay
Slowly add an appropriate amount of purified water to the prepared agarwood powder, kneading repeatedly by hand while adding water until a smooth, non-sticky, and elastic agarwood clay is formed.

Making Incense
Place the kneaded incense paste into incense molds (such as incense stick molds, coil molds, etc.), or shape it by hand kneading, pressing, or other methods.

Arranging Incense
Using fine tools to trim the edges and surface of the incense blank, removing excess incense clay, burrs, and imperfections, ensuring that the incense blank has a neat shape and a smooth surface.

Cutting
According to the finished product specifications, the prepared incense blanks are precisely cut.

Air-drying the incense
After cutting, the incense blanks should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment to air-dry naturally. Exposure to direct sunlight or high-temperature drying is strictly prohibited, as it will damage the resin components and affect the fragrance.
